You can enjoy secure shopping 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in our webshop. The use of Zdrava.eu webshop is free.
You can make purchases both as a registered user and as a guest. As a registered user, your shopping will be much simpler, plus you will enjoy many other advantages, such as permanent shopping cart, personal address book and access to your order history and invoices.

PRICES

The prices in our webshop are final. VAT is already included.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER STATUS

After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. And after your order will be dispatched, you will receive another e-mail note.
Registered users can also track the status of their orders in "Order History" section (under "My Account" heading in the footer).

CANCELING ORDERS AND RECLAMATIONS

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order - unless it was already sent to you.
Registred users can open "My Account/My orders" link in the footer and check whether their order was already sent. Please call us to +385 (0)98 480-607 or tell us in our contact form that you wish to cancel your order.
If you placed your order as a guest, contact us as soon as possible that you wish to cancel your order.
If, however, your order was already sent, we will give back your money if you return the unused product in 10 days from receiving it in the original and undamaged packaging, at your own expense, to our address: ARA zalozba, Zadobrovska 88, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
You can return a defective product in ten days after you received it, and we will send to you a new one, at our cost.
